This project will use visual graphic create some cards, notice readers what is people pleaser, and also make them to reflect on whether they have had suffering this problem. In addition, the cards also content 

some solutions to help audiences to learn to say no to reluctant requests, thus enabling readers to spend more time and energy on 

their own work tasks and gain more happiness and ease.
